oh sandwich, my sandwich

This is just an ode to a noble sandwich.



You take just minutes to make, you have only 6 ingredients.



But you're so much more complex than you seem.



The holy trinity: Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil. Amen.

    Fairyway...I mean Fairway...has the most delicious handmade mozarella evah...you can watch them make it and then stand around and eat a ton from the sample containers. It's just crying out for tomato and basil...
