My boyfriend hates mayo, but BLT's are just so dry without it, so I recently made a "sauce" that tricked him into eating mayo in the BLT that was just FANTASTIC!
I'm horrible at measurements but I threw together: Mayo, Lemon juice, Lemon zest, spicy mustard, smoked paprika (pimiento), oregano, salt/pepper
YUM!
