who's a cooking slacker?

In my defense, I spent most of this weekend helping my dear J-Cat practice for his debut mandolin recital! Which was awesome, don't believe anything he says to the contrary. Said recital was on Sunday, and by the time we got home we were so beat and coming down from the adrenaline high that I couldn't cook anything.
